Chart Analysis:
Bang Bang Bang has stayed on top this week keeping off Oh No, and California Gurls. Meanwhile, I bought Marina and the Diamonds' album because I saw this video which made me realise that I actually HAD to get it, and I found it cheap in Tescos :P So all Marina's songs have gone up! There are 4 new entries this week but none made it into the top 10, Missing You sits at 12.
This week's chart was two days late because I was away by the way.

Bad Romance by GaGa is still there. And it remains the only song to have remained in the chart during its 19 weeks. 20 if ou count the week it wasn't up, but I don't count that as a chart week. Marina's got her 4th top 10 hit in the chart, while Alejandro is sticking around in the top 10, with Airplanes.

Z's chart update

As I wasn't here last week, I thought I'd just tell you what to expect in this week's chart, as I missed last week's :P
So California Gurls may be making its way onto the top spot, unless Love the Way You Lie can hold it off. Meanwhile, expect a very high entry from Diana Vickers with the Boy Who Murdered Love. Expect Pack Up and Just Be Good to Green to go up, and expect some re-entries due to Now 76, and maybe some old songs entering this week's chart as I have been listening to some goood old songs on my mp3 player over the last few days while I was away.

Monday, 19 July 2010

Shutdown.

I'm going away for a bit and I won't be back till Saturday evening. This weeks chart will not be up, but there should be more posts soon as it is the summer holidays. Anyway, bye for now!

This week's chart has a record of 10 new entries, with 6 from the final of Glee, but since that's the final, there won't be any new entries from Glee Cast until the next series. Some random songs have made new entries due to me listening to them alot more, as I found out I can convert AAC files into mp3 and put them onto my player :)
Anyway, Alejandro is still on the top spot, with Glee's Regionals version of Don't Stop Believin' making a new entry at 2.

This week's chart analysis:

Well there are more new entries from Glee, and Paparazzi has shot up, seriously will it ever leave? Only I can decide that... Lots of new entries, like I need you tonight, and Candy and Stereo Love, which I have heard recently. There's a new number one of course, which is Good Times, which first appeared two weeks ago at number 5, last week it was at 3. OMG has got itself to number 3 after hanging around in the 20's for a while because this week I listened to it several times and I decided that I really like it, unfortunately it fixed itself in my head, which means its getting irritating.

Red's Monologue?

The Puppets may return in a special all about Red, as a couple of my friends have suggested it. I don't know whether it will happen, or when I'll get round to doing it, but it is a possibility... Meanwhile, I have GCSE's soon! But don't worry, the chart will be up as usual on wednesday...

Also, Doctor Who has been good the last couple of weeks, I think last weeks was my least favourite, but I still really enjoyed it, especially the pregnant jokes...

Well doctor whoo was gooood, it was amazinggg! I'm really interested in who River Song is now, and I'm really really really excited for more! Naughty Amy trying to two time with the Doctor. Next week's ep looks reallllyy good! Can't wait for more! Weeping Anegls are pretty scary, and we actually saw them move, that was creepy. I liked the living jokes with the doctor and Bob. Z's Top 40 Show With Red!

This is a random thing I did, it didn't take very long, but it's like a radio top 40 show, with Red from the Puppets presenting it. Basically she reads out the Top 40, and we actually hear most of the top 20 songs, although not the whole way through. Anyway, here's part 1:

Two Things

First thing: Doctor Who was amazingggggggggggggg last night! Can't wait for the next episode! I loved the Star whale, and the storyline was great, and Liz 10, etcetera. Basically I really enjoyed it.

Second thing: There is a new poll, guess what will be the next number one on my chart. Guess correctly and you will go on the at-the-moment-non-existant leaderboard. However, if I don't get many votes then I'll scrap this thing, so please vote!

Doctor whooooo!

I'm so excited about the new episode of Doctor Who, which is on in 20 minutes!! Arghhhh! I'm just so excited, and not a little bit aprehensive, because I know I liked the new Doctor, and the new companion, and the new titles, and well everything!
It's another episode written by Stevie Moffat, so it should be goood. I'm hoping for a dark, spooky story, like the Empty Child, the smilers look pretty scary, and I'm pretty sure I saw some tentacles in the trailers. Anyway really excited!! I'm back from my short holiday by the way, I bought 2012 on Dvd, anyway watch Doctor Who! Only 18 minutes to go now argh!

Analysis of this week's chart:
Again, this weeks chart has been affected by Now 75, which I have been listening to alot. Also some songs have gone down because I don't have them, for example Number One Enemy and My Life Would Suck Without You by Glee, but Will sent me them yesterday, so expect them to go up. Kids has suddenly appeared, due to my realisation that I actually had the song, which was due to me beginning to hate Chiddy Bang's version of the song.
There are 4 other new entries this week, the highest new entry being She Said by Plan B, which has got to number 5.

Anyway I'll be away for the next few days, so I'll be back on Saturday.

Doctor Who!!!

I really enjoyed Doctor Who on Saturday! I liked Amy, the new companion and I liked the monster and the new Doctor and the whole storyline, but whose Amy marrying Jeff or Rory?
Unlike alot of people it seems, I really like the opening titles, although I didn't at first, but I watched the titles a couple more times and now I do. I really enjoyed the trailer at the end, it was VERY good, with new clips and clips from old trailers too. I'm VERY excited for the new series now, even more than I was before, because I know I like the Doctor and Amy and the Tardis and the music and everything!

On another note, I won't be here from Wed-Friday, but I'll be back on Saturday afternoon. Meanwhile, please check out part 1 of my new story on Will and Seb's Blog here.

Random information:
I work out the chart by what I am liking, what is on replay on my MP3 player, what is in my head, and what I have been hearing alot.

Analysis of this weeks chart:
The chart this week has been affected by me getting Now 75, which is why many songs (Russian Roulette, On A Mission, Hollywood, My Name, Pass Out for example) have gone up in the chart and also why Ego has newly entered.
Meanwhile, Telephone has got to number 1 because me and my friend made a parody of it, which was about Lego Harry Potter, the game coming out soon. In My head has been going down, due to it never being in my head, while Halo/Walking on a Sunshine has gone down due to me not listening to it since last week.

My Life Would Suck Without You by the Glee Cast has shot up, as it was on the latest episode of Glee, which I watched.

I know!

I know I haven't posted anything on here for nearly a week, but I've been busy with stuff... Anyway Now 75 is verry good, it came on Monday. I'm really enjoying Hollwood, On A Mission and My Name at the moment. I'm also enjoying Telephone even more, possibly because me and my friend and have made a parody of it. Anyway, I hope you are all ok. I got Friends series 7 on DVD on Saturday, now I only have series 8 and 10 to get. I will be ready when the time comes in 2011 when Friends comes off air, that will be really annoying, at least we'll still have Scrubs (hopefully).

Hmm...

I'm still not entirely sure what to post on here at the moment, so I'm going to start ranting about Now 75, which comes out on Monday and which I am preordering from Amazon. The tracklist can be found on Amazon.co.uk, and if you type now 75 tracklist into Google I'm sure you'll find it.

Anyway, I have started collecting the now cd's, and I have to say that this now looks verry good. It lacks a few tracks, like Parachute, Bad Boys and Gravity for example, but I've got them anyway, thanks Will! Anyway the rest of it is very good, with Bad Romance, Meet Me Halfway, Won't Go Quietly, Ego, Replay and many other great tracks that have been around in the past few months.

There is of course a downside to this CD, in my opinion, 3 Words by Cheryl Cole is on there, and it is rubbish! Parachute should have been on there! Then there's the Bieb... One Time... I hate the song but it is horribly catchy, but I still HATE it! Then there is The Climb and Jedward's Under Pressure... two other songs, which I detest. I'm not really sure why the Jeward song is in there, it seemed to shoot to number 2 and then vanish quickly afterwards, it made them get dropped by their label company thing. I don't watch X Factor, but I've liked some of the songs from it... just NOT these ones. Anyway I'm buying Now 75, are you?
